Tell Me has one main purpose, and that is to help you only when you tell it to.

If you use the previous version, you may find that the changes in Microsoft Office 2016 are not that obvious. These features are not beneficial in the slightest for individuals who have never been and never will involve in any collaborative project, but very helpful for those who do.
